Motel - Camping Fort Ramsay

Motel & Camping Fort Ramsay is a family run enterprise located 3 km west of the town of Gaspé. It is located on a waterfront property overlooking the north side of the Gaspé bay. It is only 11 km from the entrance to Forillon National Park and 34 km from the 18-hole Prével golf course. Those interested in a little longer outing can visit the beautiful town of Percé, located only 65 km from the motel.

Nearby activities or attractions include golf, the Gaspé museum, Haldimand beach, whale watching, the MicMac Center, the Jacques Cartier Cross, the Shrine of Our Lady of Seven Sorrows, the Christ-Roi Catheral, the marina, horse back riding, kayaking, and Santa's Plantation.

We also are close to 3 world class salmon fishing rivers, the York, Dartmouth, and St. Jean. Due to low salmon stocks in the Atlantic, "Catch and Release" fishing is very popular now on all three rivers. However, if you to decide to keep your salmon, we have bags, ice, and a freezer available for your use.
